Reservations
Reservations are confirmed only after:
- Availability has been verified
- Required deposit has been received
- Confirmation has been issued
Payments
Payment schedules are communicated during booking.
Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimated.
Although we strive to be punctual, delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Setup
Our staff will professionally install rental equipment.
Customers may not relocate or modify installed equipment without authorization.
Equipment Responsibility
The customer assumes responsibility for rental equipment during the rental period.
Customers agree to:
- Supervise children
- Prevent misuse
- Protect equipment from theft or damage
- Keep equipment free of pets, sharp objects, food, fire, and smoking
Safety
Customers agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.
Unsafe operation may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
Weather Policy
Safety is our priority.
If severe weather makes setup unsafe, we may:
- Reschedule the event
- Issue store credit
- Offer another mutually agreed solution
Cancellation Policy
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the cancellation date.
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated whenever possible.
Damage
Customers are responsible for damage resulting from:
- Negligence
- Misuse
- Vandalism
- Theft
- Unauthorized relocation
- Fire
- Animals
Repair or replacement costs may be charged.
Access to Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery vehicles and setup crews.
Electrical Requirements
Customers must provide suitable electrical outlets when required.
Generators may be rented separately if available.
Water Slides
Customers are responsible for providing an adequate water source and standard garden hose unless otherwise specified.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4 Kings Events shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Event interruptions
- Weather-related issues
except where required by applicable law.
Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4 Kings Events, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising from misuse of rental equipment.
Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- Logos
- Photos
- Graphics
- Text
- Designs
is the property of 4 Kings Events and may not be copied without permission.
Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Distribute malware
- Copy website content
- Interfere with website operation
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which 4 Kings Events operates.
